A refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Candles must be unlit and unused in good condition to be returned. Epsom salts are non-returnable due to hygiene. Massage candles, roll-ons, and body balms are non-returnable due to hygiene. As a small business, we're unable to cover any costs associated with return shipping or exchanges.
