Due to the plant based nature of our products we try to limit time spent in our warehouse and reserve the right to delay shipping during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and to ensure you receive a flawless, beautiful coconut wax candle, orders received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday. We hope you will trust our judgement when it comes to getting the best candle for healthy, holistic, conscious living.

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES – via UPS Ground. Charges based on real time UPS, based on zip code and total weight of order. Orders called in to customer service are shipped the same way, unless special requests are made. When our warehouse has prepared and packed your order and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped within 1 - 2 business days as well.
HAWAII & ALASKA – For orders $49.99 and under: $25 Standard UPS, $36 NEXT DAY AIR. For orders $100 and over: $25 Standard UPS, $45 2ND DAY AIR.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We’re sorry we are currently unable to accept international orders via our website. To place an international order please email support@meaningfulmantras.com with the accurate shipping address along with your order and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours with shipping charges. You will be responsible for all clearance charges (duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees) associated with your order.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

Sometimes packages are mis-delivered, an unsuccessful attempt was made and the package was brought back to the facility, or the carrier simply didn’t make it to your delivery address in time but already marked it as delivered. In cases where your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it yet, please wait at least 2 days before contacting us.
Kindly note that once a package has shipped, Meaningful Mantras is no longer able to operate on behalf of the customer and any issues with delivery or tracking should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
