So what are your Meaningful Mantras candles made with?
COCONUT
Every candle starts with our coconut wax, made without soy, paraffin or beeswax. Coconut wax melts at a lower temperature than other waxes, so it warms our essential oils gently instead of scorching them, and the scent stays true to the plant it came from. Because it's a natural wax with no additives to smooth it over, you may notice small surface cracks or texture on your candle. These are purely cosmetic and don't affect how it burns or smells. We think of them as a sign of a candle made the simple way.
PLANT EXTRACTS
Alongside essential oils, some of our scents use plant extracts: terpenes and other natural aromatic compounds drawn from plants. Terpenes are the molecules that give plants their scent. Limonene is the brightness in an orange peel, linalool is the soft floral note in lavender, and menthol is the cool snap of mint. Using these naturally derived constituents lets us build fuller, more layered scents, like our cozy gourmands, while staying true to our promise: plant-based ingredients only, never synthetic fragrance. PURE ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils are the heart of every Meaningful Mantras scent. They're the natural aromatic oils found in a plant's peel, leaves, flowers, bark or resin, extracted by steam distillation or by cold-pressing citrus peels. Nothing is added to change or boost them, so what you smell is the plant itself: real peppermint, real orange, real clove. Because they're pure plant oils, they have a softer, more natural scent throw than synthetic fragrance. That's by design.
