After having some serious health issues caused by environmental toxins and living an unhealthy lifestyle, I made it my mission to learn everything I could to improve my overall health. I dove straight into lowtox living once I learned how the majority of the products we buy are extremely toxic and can disrupt our hormones. I started @thetransparentcarrot on instagram and tiktok to teach others everything I’ve learned because everyone deserves to have informed consent on the truth behind the products we spend our hard earned money on. I also want people to know it doesn’t need to be stressful, it’s actually quite easy to just swap a product for a cleaner option. For me, it’s never about being perfect, but instead making the better choice, to live your best life.
